近年來，惡性腫瘤已成為危害我國居民健康和生命的頭號殺手，且呈現(xiàn)逐年上升的趨勢。但接受抗腫瘤治療的患者大部分會產(chǎn)生心血管并發(fā)癥，且該風險在已知有心臟病史的患者中更高，嚴重干擾了腫瘤的正常治療過程，嚴重影響患者的生活質(zhì)量和總生存期，甚至成為部分腫瘤患者最終的死亡原因。化療藥物、分子靶向藥物及放療引起的心血管相關(guān)不良反應主要包括：心臟功能異常，心肌病以及心力衰竭，心包疾病，以及其他心血管疾病。目前研究顯示，早期發(fā)現(xiàn)、早期診斷、早期干預可減少和控制放化療過程中出現(xiàn)的心血管并發(fā)癥。為解決這一問題，張健教授、張宇輝教授在阜外醫(yī)院建立了腫瘤心臟病學專業(yè)，并設立了北京市第一個腫瘤心臟病門診，目的是想讓患有腫瘤治療相關(guān)心血管病的患者能得到專業(yè)、正規(guī)的指導及治療。我們將和腫瘤醫(yī)生攜手為腫瘤患者衡量已有心臟疾病或相關(guān)危險因素以及在抗腫瘤治療中的風險和獲益，并優(yōu)化治療決策，為您在抗腫瘤治療過程中保駕護航。
The prognosis of patients with cancers has improved in the last years due to newer and better forms of treatment with chemotherapy and radiation. While advancements in cancer treatment have led to better patient outcomes, treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy can cause problems for your heart. This is especially true if you are at risk for heart disease. Cardio-oncology is an emerging field in medicine. The goal is to minimize the effects of cancer treatments on your heart health. In Beijing, Fuwai Hospital built the first Cardio-Oncology Program and Cardio-Oncology clinic. Leading our program is Professor Zhang Jian and Professor Zhang Yuhui, both of them are the country's leading experts in cardio-oncology. And we bring together cardiologists, oncologists, basic, and clinical researchers who work together in promoting the cardiovascular health in cancer patients. At the Fuwai Hospital cardio-oncology program, we help patients who in every stage of cancer treatment who are at risk for, develop or have established cardiovascular disease. And we work with patients to determine strategies that will protect your heart health during and after cancer treatment.
